Every successful business starts with a decision.

Mine began with a simple belief: businesses deserve practical, honest advice that delivers results.

After building a successful career in Sales and Marketing, leading teams, developing brands and driving business growth, I reached a point where I knew I wanted to do things differently. I wanted to work alongside businesses in a way that was personal, straightforward and focused on making a genuine difference.

That decision led to the launch of JOG Consultancy in 2015.

What started as one person with a wealth of experience, plenty of determination and a passion for helping businesses grow has evolved into something much bigger.

Today, JOG Consultancy supports businesses across Lancashire and beyond with strategic sales and marketing consultancy, coaching, training and business development. We work with organisations that want clarity, direction and measurable results - not jargon or complicated theory.

I’m proud to say we’re now entering the fourth year of The Directors Forum, a business community developed by myself and my business partner, Belinda. Created exclusively for Directors, Senior Leaders and Business Owners, the Forum brings together ambitious business leaders from our Bolton and Garstang groups to share ideas, challenge thinking, build valuable relationships and support one another through the opportunities and challenges of leadership.

Whether I’m working one-to-one with a business owner, delivering training to a team or facilitating conversations within The Directors Forum, my approach remains the same and that's being;  Honest, Practical and Results-focused

I’m a straight-talking Lancashire lass who believes that growth doesn’t come from overcomplicating things. It comes from having a clear strategy, the confidence to make decisions and someone beside you who will tell you what you need to hear - not just what you want to hear.
