Directors Forum

I think we may all agree, the last few years have been difficult for a large percentage of business owners.  From the pandemic that changed  how we worked and lived, the energy crisis, cost of living crisis, supply chain issues, strikes and so on. It's very easy to become overwhelmed without knowing why.

We both fully understand that running and taking responsibility for a business is hard work, sometimes lonely and frustrating - This was the reason we started our Directors Forum Membership.

As a business owner/Director, you can put so much support in place for your employees, but where does YOUR support, advice and ideas come from? As a director it may feel it's all on your shoulders - The stress is real and you may feel there is no one to  support you. Running your own business can be hard work and  frustrating too.  Joining our Directors forum, could be the answer to sharing, learning, listening and receiving that all important support in a confidential and safe environment. 

You'll have the opportunity  to share (if you want to) or just listen to the challenges others are facing on a daily basis. You'll hear their challenges, obstacles, fears and successes, learn from each other, exchange ideas, as well as having  the opportunity to build yourself a 'safety net’.   Each new member will be invited by us to join, only after a meeting with us.  It's not exclusive, it's simply to ensure the right people are in the room and for that reason all discussions are confidential. Every new member will sign an NDA. The comfort of our members is paramount. At each of the four annual meetings we will have a specific topic, a speaker, breakout groups and a panel.  Each breakout group will be small - we know it's important to get to know people in order to develop trust and share your challenges - and that can be difficult with lots of people in the room. 

Our aim is not to be the biggest group, nor a networking group, our aim is to look after you and help you grow within our safe group of likeminded people where you can build strong supportive relationships.

We meet quarterly, away from the business environment, in a relaxed private space.

At our quarterly professionally facilitated meetings we'll be inviting special guests to share some of the latest thinking on relevant topics. 

Our aim is to ensure you leave feeling 'lighter', informed, connected to others and supported!
